This menu is created the day-of and is sourced from local ranches and farms. Because of this, ingredients and preparations change often, reflecting what is most vibrant and in season. A modern interpretation of Wyoming ranch cooking, simple, ingredient-driven food shaped by the mountains and rivers around us. This dinner is meant to feel like gathering around the table after a long day spent exploring the Tetons—a ritual that has brought people together in this valley for thousands of years.
